Student Athlete Enrollment Instructions
 
Instructions for Student Athletes: Enrollment for incoming SSC student athletes is a very easy process. Simply submit the documents listed below to the Athletic Department and you will be contacted regarding your enrollment via the email address you provide on the SSC Athletics Pre-enrollment Form.

It is the responsibility of each incoming student athlete to participate directly in this process by submitting the required documents and checking his or her email regularly. Please be aware that the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act prohibits the SSC Student Athlete Academic Advisor from disclosing information from your educational record to parents or any third party without the prior written permission of the student.

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE ACCURATE AND EFFICIENT ENROLLMENT:

 Submit to the Athletic Department Immediately:

·        SSC Athletic Pre-enrollment Form (available under student athlete forms link)

·        Application for Admission (available under student athlete forms link)

·        Current official or unofficial high school transcript (Eventually an official copy will have to be provided.)

·        Photocopies of available ACT or SAT results if not included on high school transcript

·        Official transcripts from all colleges attended, if applicable. (Includes full and part-time transfer hours.)
