The Seminole State College Softball team had a rough day Friday in the opening games of the Region II Tournament.  After two losses at Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City, the Trojans will not continue their streak of participating in the NJCAA National Tournament.

The All-Region II Team was announced recently with several Seminole State players on the roster. Ali Manship, third baseman, and Faythe Brandt, utility, both made the first team. Other Trojans honored were: Morgan Singleton, pitcher - second team; Madison Tollison, outfielder - second team; Luzia Higaskino, first baseman - honorable mention; and Chelsea Zuchnik, outfielder - honorable mention.
