Three Seminole State Lady Trojan golfers recently competed in the 2013 Women's NJCAA National Golf Championships held in Mesa, Arizona at the Longbow Golf and Country Club.

Although SSC did not qualify the entire team for Nationals, the three ladies that did travel performed very well individually. Alejandra Arellano had the best performance for the team, finishing in 15th place overall and earning NJCAA All-American honors for the second straight year. Josie Jenkins was next in line for SSC, finishing in 27th place. Local product Payton Taylor from Seminole finished in 39th place overall. Over 100 individuals competed in the tournament, so the three ladies top 40 finish was a great achievement for Seminole State.
